Pebble Onebird was created with a simple vision: to become a restaurant that naturally belongs in the everyday life of its neighborhood. Inspired by hospitality traditions from Japan and flavors gathered across the world, we serve chicken-focused comfort food including ramen, fried chicken, Khao Man Gai, sandwiches, and breakfast.

I was born in Japan, but my career and life have taken me across many countries and cultures. Through those experiences, I came to believe that food is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together. Chicken, in particular, is a universal food enjoyed across cultures, generations, and backgrounds.

At Onebird, our goal is to create a place where people feel welcome, whether they’re stopping in for a quick breakfast, a comforting bowl of ramen, spicy fried chicken, or gathering with friends and family. We believe great hospitality means serving delicious food with honesty, care, efficiency, and attention to all five senses.

Our philosophy is simple: from one bird, countless stories can emerge. That idea is captured in our motto: Onebird. Many Stories. All Together.
